Mr. Sayed provided very supportive and friendly service. The hotel had a super clean environment. Its location is perfect, and the hotel has a modern design. I found the staff very helpful.
There was noise from the beach clubs until 3 AM, very testing. I experienced two nights without sleep because of the loud music. The room had no sound proofing. Sun beds were limited during the day.

the rooms were very clean and neat. the facilities were amazing. the location was perfect and everything was on point!
The beach was overpacked. Many people came early to reserve a sunbed then left. this meant there was never a space who arrived later. the beach staff did not address this issue.

The reception area featured ms maya and sukurhan. They were helpful. the housekeeping supervisor padam and janardan were especially excellent. I thank the whole team for their work. It was very helpful.

I really appreciated how the helpful Raad security assisted me with a Talabat order! I unfortunately lost my gold earring in the pool. This security person helped me a lot! I found the staff super kind. They treated everyone with so much respect and care.

The hotel sits perfectly on the palm trunk. I didn't experience loud music. It was quiet, even with a weekend party at the outside restaurant. I didn't hear a thing in my room!

The rooms include comfortable beds and linens. I think the toiletries could be improved. Bathrobes are missing and that's a real shame! The rooms are very clean and modern.
